Doncaster east day care & kindergarten - VIC (Already outsourced operation taken over by CleanKings)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Doncaster east day care & kindergarten commercial cleaning contract in 2018 and cleaning operation was outsourced to another commercial cleaning company by the time. Owners were doing a price comparison and were comfortable with the cleaning standards, but they were open to see what value CleanKings can offer.

City of Casey-40 Childcare Centres - VIC (Already outsourced operation taken over by CleanKings)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Doncaster east daycare & commercial cleaning contract in 2020 and cleaning operation was outsourced to another commercial cleaning company by the time. Council was tendering out and finally chose CleanKings as their preferred supplier for a 3+ extended 2 years term ending June 2024.
Results: CleanKings proposal outlined the transparency and technology embedded reporting structure as well as quick response turnarounds as main value proposition and 9.8% cost savings with the cleaning cost compared to their previous operator. CleanKings have maintained an average 90% cleaning score with no major complaint for the consecutive past 3 years and zero injuries and hazards. During that time CleanKings have assisted for their daily sanitization and Covid-19 deep cleans and all periodical and emergency cleans.

Roseberry House - VIC (Inhouse operation to Outsourced Operation)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Roseberry house commercial cleaning contract in 2016 and it was an inhouse cleaning operation by the time. Owners had serious doubt with outsourcing with quality standard as well as cost factors.
Results: CleanKings proposal addressed their main problem of quality standards and,9.5% cost savings with the cleaning cost which includes payroll management, super and other employment allowances, supervision & supplying their own equipment, chemicals, and consumables. Also, with CleanKings they now benefit the full transparency with the cleaning operation and gets a daily signoff report for all of their venues and weekly cleaning site audit for all of their venues. CleanKings have maintained an average 96% cleaning score with no major complaint for the consecutive past 7 years and zero injuries and hazards across their venues.

Toddler town Day care Centre - QLD (Inhouse operation to Outsourced Operation)
Scenario: CleanKings took over Toddler town Day care Centre commercial cleaning contract in 2019 and it was an inhouse cleaning operation by the time. Management had serious doubt with outsourcing as well as cost factors though their biggest problem was how to deal with holidays and staff absence to work.
Results:
CleanKings proposal addressed their main problem of staff holidays and absences with casual pool of staff always on demand for work and fully trained to their standards, 6% cost savings with the cleaning cost which includes payroll management, super and other employment allowances, supervision & supplying their own equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
